The rapid coronavirus test has started to be applied in Greece today. Greek media report that the Mobile Health Teams (KOMY) are conducting free rapid virus detection tests. The first tests were done in Larissa and Xanthi.
A preliminary test had already been carried out in the town hall of the town of Nice in the Municipality of Killerer to detect possible cases of Covid 19. The test was taken by all the employees of the town hall, where positive samples had been presented in the previous days.
In a statement, the Deputy Mayor of Civil Defense, responsible for Covid, Vana Chliapi – Gouniaroudis, said: “Of the results announced for a total of about sixty samples only one was positive. “We will continue to follow the EODY guidelines, to monitor strict protection measures and to communicate daily with our liaisons, informing them of the course of the pandemic.”
