Shkrihet AKU, drejtori e vetme për inspektimin në Ministrinë e Bujqësisë
Tiranë, 6 prill 2025 – Nga data 13 maj, Autoriteti Kombëtar i Ushqimit (AKU), Autoriteti Kombëtar i Veterinarisë dhe Mbrojtjes së Bimëve (AKVMB), si dhe struktura e Akuakulturës nuk do të ekzistojnë më. Këto institucione do të unifikohen në një drejtori të vetme inspektimi, si pjesë e reformës së re të iniciuar nga Ministria e Bujqësisë dhe Zhvillimit Rural, në përputhje me një direktivë të Bashkimit Evropian.
Sipas Sekretarit të Përgjithshëm të MBZHR, Dritan Palnikaj, kjo nuk është një shkrirje e thjeshtë, por një qendërzim dhe unifikim i funksioneve inspektuese për të rritur efikasitetin dhe bashkëpunimin ndërinstitucional.
“Ne po bëjmë unifikimin e këtyre tre inspektorateve në një. Kjo do të rrisë bashkëpunimin dhe mundësinë e koordinimit, që të mos kemi ecejake nga një institucion tek tjetri,” – deklaroi Palnikaj.
Ndërkohë, punonjësit aktualë nuk do të preken nga ky ndryshim. Drejtoria e re do të përthithë administratën ekzistuese të tre institucioneve, duke ruajtur vendet e punës.
“Në të gjitha rastet kur kemi rikonstruktureime, këta janë njerëzit e parë që vlerësohen për t’u punësuar në këtë drejtori,” shtoi Palnikaj.
Kjo reformë synon të reduktojë numrin e inspektimeve në terren, por të rrisë efikasitetin dhe efektivitetin e tyre, duke iu përshtatur standardeve evropiane të inspektimit dhe kontrollit.
National Food Authority to be dissolved: one unified directorate for inspections under Ministry of Agriculture
Tirana, April 6, 2025 – As of May 13, the National Food Authority, the National Authority for Veterinary and Plant Protection, and the Aquaculture Division will no longer exist. These institutions will be unified into a single inspection directorate, as part of a new reform initiated by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, in line with a European Union directive.
According to the Secretary General of the ministry, Dritan Palnikaj, this is not merely a merger but a centralization of inspection functions to enhance efficiency and inter-institutional cooperation.
“We are unifying these three inspectorates into one. This will enhance collaboration and coordination, avoiding the need to go back and forth between institutions,” Palnikaj stated.
Importantly, no layoffs are expected as a result of this change. The new directorate will absorb the existing administration from the three institutions, preserving current jobs.
“Whenever we restructure, these are the first individuals considered for employment in the new directorate,” Palnikaj added.
This reform aims to reduce the number of field inspections while increasing their efficiency, aligning with EU inspection and oversight standards.
