Nëna e vrasësit të Ilaria Sulës nën hetim për fshehjen e kufomës
Romë, 6 prill 2025 – Hetimet për vrasjen tragjike të 22-vjeçares shqiptare Ilaria Sula, e cila studionte në Romë, kanë hyrë në një fazë të re. Pas pranimit të fajësisë nga ish-i dashuri i saj, Antony Mark Samson, 23 vjeç, autoritetet italiane kanë vendosur të nisin hetimet edhe ndaj nënës së tij, e dyshuar për bashkëpunim në fshehjen e kufomës.
Sipas burimeve të agjencisë italiane LaPresse, gruaja ka dëgjuar britmat e vajzës dhe ka parë trupin e pajetë në dhomën e gjumit, menjëherë pas ngjarjes që ndodhi në apartamentin e tyre në via Homs, lagjja afrikane e Romës. Në vend që të njoftonte autoritetet, ajo dyshohet se ka ndihmuar të birin në pastrimin e skenës së krimit.
Megjithëse Samson ka deklaruar se ka vepruar i vetëm, hetuesit kanë dyshime mbi përfshirjen e familjarëve. Analiza e të dhënave telefonike të prindërve të tij pritet të ndihmojë në zbardhjen e lëvizjeve të tyre në orët pas vrasjes.
Nëna e Samsonit do të merret në pyetje ditën e hënë, më 7 prill, nga Seksioni i Vrasjeve në Policinë e Romës. Hetuesit synojnë të përcaktojnë nëse ka pasur bashkëpunim apo fshehje provash pas ngjarjes.
Trupi i Ilaria Sulës, e cila ishte zhdukur që më 25 mars, u gjet më 1 prill, duke i dhënë fund ankthit për familjarët dhe shoqërinë e saj. Ngjarja ka shkaktuar tronditje të madhe në opinionin publik, si në Itali, ashtu edhe në Shqipëri.
Mother of Ilaria Sula’s killer under investigation for hiding the body
Rome, April 6, 2025 – The investigation into the brutal murder of 22-year-old Albanian student Ilaria Sula has entered a new phase. Following the confession of her ex-boyfriend, 23-year-old Antony Mark Samson, who admitted to stabbing her during an argument in the family apartment, Italian authorities have now placed his mother under investigation.
According to Italian news agency LaPresse, Samson’s mother is suspected of assisting in concealing the body. She reportedly heard the victim’s screams and saw her lifeless body in the bedroom, yet chose not to alert authorities. Instead, she is believed to have helped her son clean up the crime scene in their apartment on Via Homs, in Rome’s African district.
While Samson claims he acted alone, investigators remain skeptical and are closely examining the possible involvement of his family members. Police are analyzing the phone data of both his mother and father to trace their movements in the hours following the murder.
The mother is scheduled to be questioned on Monday, April 7, by the Homicide Division at Rome’s Police Headquarters. The goal is to clarify exactly what happened after the crime and determine whether others helped in hiding evidence.
Ilaria Sula, missing since March 25, was found dead during the night between April 1 and 2, ending days of anguish for her family and friends. The case has deeply shocked public opinion both in Italy and Albania, as the investigation continues in pursuit of justice for the victim.
